This is a vintage Empire Shoe Shine Brush. It is approx. 6 3/4 x 2 1/4 x 2 inches and it does have some wear. There are some marks, scratches from being used but would still make a nice display piece. We picked up a ton of brushes lately so if you are looking for a specific brand let us know.
